1. Agreement to Terms By accessing bebrevity.my, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws in Malaysia.

 

 

2. Intellectual Property Unless otherwise stated, BeBrevity Digital Solutions  (LA0037581X / 202103284750)  owns the intellectual property rights for all material on this website. This includes custom CSS code, branding elements, and visual assets.

  • For client projects: Ownership of the final website/design is transferred to the client only upon full payment of the agreed fees.

 

3. Service Provision & Revisions

  • We provide digital solutions including but not limited to WordPress development and SEO.

  • Any “Additional CSS” or design modifications requested after the project sign-off may incur additional charges.

 

4. Payment Terms

  • Invoices must be settled within the timeframe stated on the invoice.

  • Late payments may result in a temporary suspension of web hosting or digital services.

 

5. Limitation of Liability BeBrevity Digital Solutions shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of our services or website.

 

 

6. Governing Law These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Malaysia for the resolution of any disputes.
